Business Performance Improvement - Supply Chain & Operations (Manufacturing Artificial Intelligence) Manager

In this role you will guide clients in leveraging AI to optimize manufacturing and supply chain performance. You'll partner with CTOs and operations leaders to turn data-driven insights into tangible improvements, while building lasting client relationships and leading delivery. You will shape AI-enabled solutions across production, maintenance, quality, and logistics, driving measurable value and scalable outcomes. • Own AI use cases end to end, from value framing to measurable outcomes
• Lead client workshops and end-to-end process improvement projects with ROI analysis
• Develop data strategies ensuring clean, governed data for AI/ML use
• Establish AI governance with human-in-the-loop checks and clear decision criteria
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Partner across production, maintenance, quality, logistics, planning, and procurement to drive continuous improvement
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams; manage performance and deliverables
• Drive business development through proposals, scoping, and opportunity capture
• Translate issues and risks for executives and stakeholders
• Build professional relationships with senior executives and client personnel

• 5+ years in Consulting, Manufacturing, Operations Technology, Manufacturing AI, Digital Twins, or related fields
• Direct exposure to plant floor operations; broader warehousing/logistics experience a plus
• Ability to translate data into business value and communicate to management
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, NVIDIA, Microsoft Data Foundry) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Excel, Power BI, Azure/Fabric)
• Strong project management and leadership skills; proven client relationship experience
• Professional certifications (CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, PMP, Six Sigma) strongly preferred
